By default, Matter uses the name and profile photo from your Slack or Microsoft Teams connected account. You can update this information in your account settings.
Change Matter Profile (Name, Photo, etc.)
Open the Web App.
Go to Account Settings, then the General section.
Under the Photo section, hit Upload Image. Add in your profile photo.
Square 512x512px images with a transparent background work best.
Under the Name section, type in your desired name. Click Save Profile at the bottom to confirm the changes.
